Daytime Building Hours:

  • Monday through Friday - 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (except on building recognized holidays, below).
  • Click here for after-hours access to the building.

Management Office Hours:

  • Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except on building recognized holidays, below).


Per the Tenant Lease, the following holiday schedule will be observed by 609 Main. Except where noted, the Management Office will be closed with no management staff, engineers, or day porters on duty. During all holidays, security will remain on-site should you require assistance, and an engineer will be on call.

  • New Year’s Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday after Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

In addition to the above holidays, the Property Management Office may be closed, with notification, on other holidays that are recognized and taken by tenants occupying at least one-half (1/2) of the office space in the building. Tenants may still enter the building and garage on holidays using normal after-hours access procedures. HVAC and lights can be requested in advance and billed in accordance with your lease.
