The Loading Dock hours are:

| Saturday through Sunday & After-Hours
| 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Please arrange with management.) |
- Clearance Height - 13’5” height and 53" in length
- For large truck deliveries, please contact the Property Management Office for coordination.
- Hand deliveries are not accepted at the loading dock.
- Use of the loading dock during normal business hours is first come first serve and is limited to 30 minutes. Other hours of use must be scheduled through the Property Management Office.
- The loading dock access is off of Texas Ave., between Main St. and Fannin St.
